A 35 room, four story hotel overlooking Ocracoke’s scenic
harbor. We offer smoking and non-smoking rooms on our first
three floors with either two double beds, one queen size bed,
or one king size bed. Our fourth floor rooms and balcony are
non-smoking with one king size bed in each room. Views of the harbor, The Pamlico Sound
and sunsets are better the higher you are. There is an elevator
for easy access to the upper floors. The Anchorage Inn hosts
beautiful sunset views as the sun sinks into the waters of
the Pamlico Sound. Ocracoke Island is one of the few places
on the East Coast where the sun sets over the water year-round.
You can also watch boats as they navigate Ocracoke Inlet in
between Ocracoke Island and Portsmouth Island on their way
to and from the Atlantic Ocean. We have a swimming pool located
on the harbor, a dockside cafe adjacent to the pool at the
marina, and a number of charter boats available for fishing
trips. Grills and picnic tables are available beside the hotel.

Anchorage Inn Suites
5th. Floor Suites are available nightly or weekly for a party
of two. Each suite has a full kitchen, a very large living
room, one bedroom, one bath, and a private balcony with unobstructed
views of the harbor, lighthouse, and sunsets.
