"We booked a room for a night and planned to take the ferry the following morning. After finding out the ferry was cancelled the following morning, Kara Koziar, the manager, allowed us to cancel our reservation after we had already paid for the night. She issued a refund to our credit card. Really nice people, and we appreciate their willingness to help. Well done!"

"Nice little motel for the island location. They have nice boat slips. You can get what you need, food, bait fuel in a good night's rest before heading out to the Gulf stream. If you eat at the quaint little restaurant they have the best friend oysters I have ever had. I have seen 100 foot plus boats docked here for overnight stays. And if you have a haul of fish from fishing the gulf stream, they have people at the dock that will buy your fish."
